Voters strongly share Trump’s criticism of D.C. establishment by Rasmussen

President Trump in his inaugural address charged the Washington, D.C. establishment with long profiting at the expense of the average American, and voters strongly agree.

Seventy-two percent (72%) of Likely U.S. Voters agree with this statement in Trump’s speech: “For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.” A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 17% disagree, while 11% are not sure.
